URW named one of the top companies for gender equality
URW has been named one of the top 10 companies in France for gender equality, and in the top 100 globally.
The findings came in a recent report released, by Equileap – a leading diversity and equality research firm – examined 3,795 large, publicly traded companies across 27 countries, assessing them on 19 indicators, ranging from the proportion of women in management bodies to policies to combat sexual harassment, parental leave practices and gender pay gap.
URW ranked among the 10 best-performing companies in France and the 100 best across all the countries that took part in the study.
